2. User Content
Our Services may allow you to create, upload, post, send, receive, and store content, including personal health and fitness information. You retain all rights in and to your content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, and distribute your content in connection with providing and improving our Services.
3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
The Get Fit AI application and related Services provide general fitness, nutritional, and wellness information and are intended only as general educational and informational resources. The information provided through our Services is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before:
- Starting any new fitness program or nutritional regimen
- Following any suggestions made by our Services
- Making changes to your existing fitness or nutritional routines
- Disregarding medical advice or delaying seeking medical advice because of something you have read or accessed through our Services
4. Intellectual Property
Except for your content, all aspects of the Services, including but not limited to the text, graphics, photos, software, and other content contained in the Services ("Our Content"), are owned by or licensed to North Pierce Holdings LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit Our Content without our express written permission.
5. Subscription and Payment Terms

By subscribing to our paid Services, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of your subscription. Subscription fees may change at any time, and we will notify you of any fee changes in advance. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless North Pierce Holdings LLC and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
